What if the result is not suitable?

Review the entire preview before payment. If generation fails, no payment is taken. Contact support about inaccessible paid files or refunds; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Does this use official bead colors?

No. The default palette is a reference RGB palette. You can supply your own hex colors, but screens, printing and physical beads can differ. Confirm your material choices yourself. Adult supervision is required for ironing; follow the manufacturer instructions.
